You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!THE ROLEReporting to the Post Production Manager, the Post Production Specialist is responsible for defining photo retouching processes, automations and coaching the team on editing products for high standards in quality and volume to build the online catalogue for our brands. Should guarantee quality and delivery for all elements of the Post Production according to standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Together with the Creative Team, is responsible for testing and coach working plans, considering each Project's needs/specifications;
- Collaborates with Process Engineering optimizations on the production output and be responsible to update process documentation;
- Teach photo editing of products aligned with the high-quality standards and defined KPIs;
- Guarantees the continuity of photo editing documentation, processes, and tools;
- Define workshops and execute them;
- Perform quality assurance on post-production processes;
- Implement new strategies for constant improvement of Post Production teams;
- Ensures proper actions to balance flow and imagery output;
- Identifies and suggests improvements while supporting the teams' access to new knowledge;
- Supports ongoing support to productive teams;
- Guarantees the work methodologies of the team to ensure alignment across the various locations;
- Provides direct support in specific cases /problems that require more extensive expertise;
- Work successfully within a close, collaborative team environment and must exhibit professional conduct consistent with the values of the Company.
WHO YOU ARE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is mandatory);
- Expert working knowledge of E-commerce product Photography (+4 years proven experience);
- Strong organizational skills;
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Macintosh-based equipment within a network environment;
- Team player with a positive attitude;
- Outstanding attention to detail;
- Able to adapt to each project service level and specificities while achieving quality standards;
- Regular user of IT systems (MS Office) and image editing/management (Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, FTP, Capture One);
- Ability to create process automation using photography tools and code;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to respond well to changing priorities, workflows, and information;
- Great time management skills, being able to work under tight deadlines;
- Able to suggest/improve imagery following photography/design trends;
- Able to teach complex working instructions, and translate them into learning steps;
