About the Role:
Post-Trade Client Relationship and Services is responsible for pre-sales and client on-boarding, service delivery, customer success management as well as workflow/ product and productivity improvements. This can only be delivered by a highly skilled individual as well as close collaboration with Business Line Management, Product Management, Development and CD&S teams.
Principal Accountabilities:
Provide second-level problem resolution and excellent customer service to current and potential client base across all asset classes. Lead industry calls, lead the on-boarding of new clients, work to engage customers on new initiatives, and build and maintain those relationships. This role requires a dynamic/team-oriented candidate that can successfully and proactively handle, escalate, and communicate all operations and customer-related issues and resolutions.
The candidate will also be able to demonstrate full understanding of operational trade and end-of-day workflows, training junior teammates, be able to lead internal projects, and recommend updates/enhancements to current operational processes and procedures.
Senior Associates are expected to actively contribute to the development/ skills of Analysts and Associates, with an emphasis on customer focus.
Mastery of the main service he/she is supporting and has a good understanding of the other services that we are supporting. Become a subject matter expert. Proactive in being involved or provide ideas in improving processes as well as system enhancements.
Involved in driving one or more internal/external projects. Responsible for the health/success of all clients with an increased focus on dealers, asset servicers, hedge funds. Have a solid understanding of how all services fit in the TriOptima ecosystem. Responsible for identifying and distributing knowledge/information from other departments such as Business Management. Provide training on industry project/use cases (discussion-based training)
Skills & Software Requirements:
Staff in this level typically have 2+ years of direct experience of working in triResolve Service Management team or at least 3-4 years of relevant experience from financial institutions.
