Time: Thursday, July 10th, 2025 from 10am-11am

Rate: $28.05-$34.48/Hour

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. Frequently, our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

The ideal candidates we are seeking will be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic while adhering to our core values; Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises
• Serve as a visible deterrent
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions
• Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity
• Provide detailed written reports

Standard Position Requirements - $28.05/hr (Seattle WA, Kent/Renton WA, or Bellevue/Redmond WA)

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must have 1 years security & customer service/hospitality experience
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.

Specialty Position Requirements - $34.48/hr (Everett WA or Redmond/Kirkland WA)

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Associate degree OR 2 years of honorable military service required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must have 1 years security & customer service/hospitality experience
• Prior police, or military experience a plus
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

All candidates must be willing to participate in our standard background screening process.
