Production Project Manager

<strong>At Axians, we value talent, not labels. </strong><br/> <br/> We believe in a culture of inclusion, where everyone has a place and all applications are considered based on merit, without discrimination. <br/> <br/> This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. <br/> <br/> <br/> <b> </b>💻<b> </b><b>THE ROLE</b><br/> <br/> We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a <strong>Production Project Manager</strong> for a national project.<br/> <br/> <br/> <b>🙂 </b><b>YOUR DAY TO DAY</b> <ul> <li>Project management respecting cost, deadline, and deliverables quality; </li> <li>Each project needs to respect standard architecture of the group and ensure the maintainability, the resiliency, and the application criticality level of the infrastructure;</li> <li>Obsolescence, decommission cost and resiliency must be considered on each project and reviewed during each step of the project;</li> <li>Manage different actors/contributors of the project and the budget (man-days and infrastructure);</li> <li>Provide report of their projects to APS and ADM management;</li> <li>Implement the good level of governance (project committee, steering committee); </li> <li>Ensure the right level of autonomy of the run team after each go live;</li> <li>Participate to the rollout of his project during working and non-working days (following the criticality of the application);</li> <li>Contribute to SLA definition.</li> </ul>                                <br/>                        <br/> <b>💡</b><b> WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</b> <ul> <li>Proven professional experience in similar roles;</li> <li>Solid knowledge of project management (timeline, budget, risk management, coordination);</li> <li>Experience with production processes (ITIL, monitoring, scheduling, infrastructure);</li> <li>Knowledge of devops (CI/CD, automation process, Agile, infra as code);</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud migration (IAAS, PAAS, micro-services and containers architecture);</li> <li>Experience with Service Now;</li> <li>Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written &amp; spoken), proficiency in French is a plus.</li> </ul> <br/> <br/> ⭐ <b>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US</b><br/> <br/> <b>Stable professional career</b><br/> Working with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.<br/>  <br/> <br/> <b>Prospects for career advancement</b><br/> You can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
