We are searching for a Business Systems Manager to make an impact at a mission-driven company. The day to day.
 

You will lead an upbeat team of multi-functional system administrators that support CX and HRIS systems across the organization. You will have the opportunity to learn new systems and technology while solving important challenges of a fast-growth technology company.

  • Contribute to the strategy and ongoing management of the business systems tech stack with a focus on user experience, efficiency, and system consolidation.

  • Manage and mentor a team of Business Systems analysts in the CX and HRIS space.

  • Work with business partners and business analysts to translate business requirements to deliver applications, systems, processes, metrics, and services across the company.

  • Continuously iterate, improve, and evolve our tech stack in an agile way to support our changing business strategy; prioritize and launch significant updates on an ongoing basis.

  • Lead full scale implementations of new technologies, including designing requirements, building functionality, testing, go-live, and training users.

  • Collaborate with the project / product management teams to communicate technical issues and drive timely solutions.

  • Monitor and report on progress in completing engagements and accomplishing goals.

  • Being an advocate for the team while balancing objectives set by management.
     

Your skills and expertise.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Systems or System Architecture roles with demonstrable experience in system strategy and management.

    • Extended experience in a technical Customer Experience focused role dealing with CX systems is required.

    • Experience managing HRIS systems, integrations and projects is a plus.

  • 3-5 years of Team Leadership experience, with direct management and mentoring of business analysts, systems analysts, developers or technical staff. Several years of demonstrable experience leading productive and high-functioning self-starting technical teams through the changes associated with a fast paced company.

  • Deep technical curiosity and expertise with one or more common enterprise systems (Zendesk, Gainsight, Workday, etc.)

    • Preferred experience (at least 3+ years) as a Zendesk Administrator with responsibility for managing organizational business rules.

    • Experience with Zendesk Messaging and integrating with third party AI bots would be helpful (examples: Forethought, Ada, Botsonic, OneChat, etc.)
       

  • Proven history of continuous learning and ability to stay ahead of technology trends

  • Natural problem solving abilities, an inquisitive personality, and an eagerness to pursue the chal
