About the Role:
The Sr. HR Generalist will work closely with team leaders to administer comprehensive people strategies that enable the organization to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. The Sr. HR Generalist will thoroughly understand Trace3’s day-to-day operations and provide support for a wide range of HR activities including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration and HR operations support. The Sr. HR Generalist will maintain strong partnerships with employees, collaborates and coordinates with the regional offices to ensure delivery of high quality, people-focused services that align with company’s goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Accountable for one or more people functional areas (compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, training, performance management, HR systems)
- Actively and continually engage with the teams to develop a deep understanding of business operations
- Identify opportunities to enhance and/or resolve problems by translating organizational priorities into appropriate HR solutions
- Administer the application of company policies and procedures
- Implement and administer overall workforce strategy, organizational design, change management and workforce planning to drive business transformation for the regions
- Manage talent strategy and process to develop a highly engaged and productive team
- Align performance management to drive and reinforce a culture of high performance and innovation within the business units
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications & Interests:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressive Human Resources role
- Knowledge of human resources concepts, policies and procedures, including employment practices, employee relations which may include labor relations, salary administration, talent management, employee engagement, workforce development, and organizational initiatives relating to and/or impacting human resources
- Advanced communication skills including ability to lead group presentations, facilitate meetings, influence and gain acceptance of decisions, and advise others
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships including collaboration, negotiating, influencing, consensus building and conflict management to interact effectively with employees of all organizational levels
- Advanced conflict resolution skills to address and manage extremely difficult situations/in
