Position Details:

• Reports to: Clinical Director
• Schedule: Full-time
• Location: Baldwinville, MA (On-site)

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead Clinical Programming: Oversee clinical programming, ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care that drives improved outcomes.
• Monitor Treatment Effectiveness: Continuously evaluate and drive improvements in treatment plans and quality of care.
• Mentor and Empower Staff: Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all clinical practices comply with state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
• Manage Clinical Teams: Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of clinical staff.
• Collaborate on Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with executive leadership to drive staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, regulatory agencies, and community partners to ensure optimal patient care.
• Lead Crisis Intervention: Manage crisis intervention efforts, ensuring clinical staff are trained in de-escalation and crisis management techniques.
• Develop and Implement Policies: Establish and maintain policies, quality assurance measures, and procedures to uphold clinical excellence across all operations.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a related human services major.
• Active LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in field of mental or behavioral healthcare.
