About the role

As a Senior Risk Manager, you will spearhead operational excellence and automation initiatives within our Compliance and Safety program. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing processes, reducing operational expenses (OpEx), and implementing automation solutions to enhance our risk management capabilities.

The Senior Risk Manager will develop and execute strategies to reduce OpEx while maintaining compliance and safety standards, lead automation projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce costs. You'll analyze workflows, develop AI-driven solutions, and oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems.

Key responsibilities include managing automated risk assessment tools, developing KPIs, engaging stakeholders, and staying current with industry trends. Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to reduce OpEx while maintaining or improving compliance and safety standards
Lead the design and implementation of automation projects to streamline risk management processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Analyze current workflows and develop AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Oversee the integration of new technologies, such as machine learning and natural language processing, into existing risk management systems
Manage and optimize the performance of automated risk assessment and mitigation tools
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of automation initiatives and OpEx reduction efforts
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on automation goals and strategies
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in risk management and compliance automation

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- 6+ years of program management experience from beginning to end
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- Experience working with data, and making data driven decisions
- Experience handling confidential information
- Demonstrated experience setting direction and delivering detail-oriented results in environments with frequently shifting priorities
