Customer Service Administrative Assistant

Are you a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a great first impression? Ryan Lawn & Tree is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors — playing a key part in delivering the exceptional service experience our clients have come to expect from Ryan Lawn & Tree.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and visitors — greet walk-ins warmly, answer questions, and help resolve concerns quickly and professionally
• Process payments — assist customers with in-person transactions, following PCI compliance standards and ensuring accurate, timely handling of payments
• Keep the front desk running smoothly — maintain a clean, organized reception area and help ensure the safety and security of our office environment
• Manage mail and deliveries — sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail for timely processing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or office support role
• Prior experience handling cash, checks, or payment processing is strongly preferred

• Organized and detail-oriented — able to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat
• Comfortable handling payment transactions accurately and securely
• Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus
