<p><strong>WHEN & WHERE YOU’LL WORK:</strong> </p>
<p>Hybrid: <span>This role will be a mix of in-office work (Frankfurt) and remote work. </span></p>
<p><strong>A DAY IN THE LIFE:</strong></p>
<p>This role provides comprehensive support in the processing of statutory health insurance claims, including the timely preparation, review, and coordination of order-related processes. A key responsibility involves monitoring complex workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing appropriate measures. The position also supports application and approval procedures with statutory health insurance.</p>
<p>In addition to administrative and process-related duties, the role includes onsite back-office support such as collecting prescriptions, forwarding documents to relevant stakeholders, and coordinating activities across departments and external vendors. The position requires regular communication with customers (including patients and healthcare professionals), business partners, and cost bearers via telephone and written correspondence.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. A high level of discretion and professionalism is essential due to the confidential nature of many tasks.</p>

<ul>
<li>Serve as a qualified contact for customers and sales partners, handling statutory health insurance claims in a service-oriented, case-closing manner.</li>
<li>Conduct solution-oriented inbound and outbound telephone communication with stakeholders.</li>
<li>Contribute to the conceptual and operational development of performance management and implement improvements to internal processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments, external service providers, and cooperation partners to ensure seamless operations.</li>
<li>Support the automation and ongoing enhancement of business processes.</li>
<li>Record returns from cost bearers and develop preventative measures to reduce future occurrences.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support across various departments.</li>
<li>Assist with the onboarding of new backoffice employees, including the creation of CRM records.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing teams to ensure all requests are processed efficiently.</li>
<li>Verify completion of training plans prior to job role assumption.</li>
<li>Evaluate current systems and processes, suggest improvements, and recommend best practices.</li>
<li>Provide regular feedback to the management team as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory, legal, and safety requirements, including Privacy/GDPR.</li>

<li>Able to effectively share information related to work products in verbal and written form.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work accurately and with initiative and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.</li>
