As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Position Summary

The Director, Portfolio and Project Management plays a pivotal leadership role in aligning enterprise-wide business and technology initiatives with strategic priorities. This role is accountable for managing the full lifecycle of the enterprise portfolio—from prioritization and budgeting to execution and governance. The Director ensures execution excellence, project accountability, and measurable business outcomes through disciplined program and project management practices.

Located at our office in Naperville, IL our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office Hybrid model is required (generally in-office T-TH and remote M&F).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the strategic prioritization and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives aligned with business priorities and overall capacity.
• Own the enterprise portfolio management framework, driving initiative intake, scoring, prioritization, and execution tracking.
• Partner with executive leadership to assess initiative ROI, risks, dependencies, and business value to inform funding and resourcing decisions.
• Establish and mature enterprise-wide project management capabilities, frameworks, and tools.
• Drive high-impact, cross-functional business and technology programs including call center platform, digital platform commitments, Claims Modernization, and Workforce Management business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to accelerate delivery timelines and remove execution roadblocks.
