We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Senior Financial Analyst to join the System Services team, serving the East Region. This hybrid role is based in Indianapolis, IN, with flexibility for travel.
You’ll support the financial builds of both the new Ft. Wayne Hospital and the Academic Health Center, slated to open in 2027. Once the build-out is complete, this role will transition to full-time financial leadership at the Ft. Wayne facility—offering a strong opportunity for long-term growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support system financial teams by delivering actionable information such as analysis, reporting, and pro formas to inform operational and strategic decision-making
- Provide analytical and consultative guidance to departmental leadership, service line management, and other key stakeholders
- Analyze diverse data sets—including financial, operational, clinical, and economic metrics—to support both short-term and long-term planning
- Interpret financial and performance-related data such as costs, pricing, expenses, and revenues to develop recommendations for senior leadership
- Prepare economic forecasts by analyzing industry indicators, trends, and internal metrics
- Offer technical support on complex analyses and may informally lead or mentor team members
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Degree in Finance or related field a plus.
- Requires 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
- Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
