Our platform integrates grading and authentication, vaulting, and digital pack experiences, empowering users to buy, sell, and showcase collections in personalized online showrooms from anywhere in the world.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>About The Role</strong></h3> <p>We’re seeking a Senior QA Engineer to elevate quality across our web, mobile, and backend platforms. You don’t need a collectibles background; what matters is your curiosity, precision, and commitment to building reliable systems. You’ll test new features, strengthen our automation suite, uncover edge cases before they reach customers, and help maintain a seamless experience across the entire Arena Club ecosystem.</p> <p>This role blends both manual and automated testing. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure every release meets a high bar for performance, stability, and accuracy.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and backend services</li> <li>Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and usability testing across multiple environments</li> <li>Contribute to and execute automated tests using existing frameworks and tools</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define test coverage, acceptance criteria, and edge cases</li> <li>Validate data integrity and workflow behavior across reviewing, grading, vaulting, purchasing, and marketplace features</li> <li>Log, track, and retest defects with clear documentation and reproducible steps</li> <li>Participate in sprint planning, standups, and release readiness activities</li> <li>Help improve QA documentation, tooling, and processes across the team</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>6+ years of QA experience, including hands-on testing of web and/or mobile applications</li> <li>Familiarity with backend/API testing and tools such as Postman or similar</li> <li>Proficient in Playwright, Appium, and CI/CD workflows</li> <li>Solid SQL skills (including joins and complex queries) to assist with technical support and data integrity checks</li> <li>Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC</li> <li>Hands-on experience using AI tools
