Summary
The Master Foreman will work alongside the Project Manager managing assigned projects as well as manage crews, enforce safety compliance, track weekly progress, track material usage, document roadblocks, provide training & support to crews, and enforce quality control all while keeping the project on schedule and budget.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the following systems: shingles, metal, slate, tile, or cedar shake
- Education: High School/ G.E.D
- Experience working on large-scale commercial steep slope projects, start to finish
- Leadership skills- ability to problem solve and offer solutions
- Comfortable reading plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel 75%
- Must speak English, Spanish is a plus
- Basic mathematical skills and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Driver's license: REQUIRED
Essential Functions
- Ensure that proper safety and equipment are on the job and used in the proper manner
- Supervise and support the crew every day regarding safety, quality, and labor production
- Monitor and maintain job site cleanliness and daily housekeeping
- Communicate with the manager, every day regarding job progress, field problems, technical questions, etc.
- Coordinate punch list and job close out before the crew leaves the job site for the last time
- Must complete paperwork such as time sheets, safety huddles, material and sheet metal shop requisitions, job reports, and toolbox talks
- Must know how to take trim/panel measurements and clip spacing plans
- Cover exposed nail heads with roofing cement or caulking to prevent water leakage and rust
- Covering roofs and exterior walls of structures with metal, slate, single-ply systems, aspha
