- Universal Certification or Type I & Type II Certification in HVAC Required
- Support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing daily service operations.
- Step into leadership when the Maintenance Manager is unavailable
- Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property repairs
- Respond to resident service requests and uphold our 48-Hour Service Guarantee
- Assist with preventative maintenance and unit make-ready processes
- Share in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and high-quality living environment
- Hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in residential settings
- HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Universal Certification or Type I & Type II Certification in HVAC is Required
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and teammates
- High attention to detail, reliability, and sense of urgency
- Previous multifamily or apartment maintenance experience is helpful but not required
