Your team

The UBS Family Advisory and Philanthropy Services Americas team works in partnership with other subject matter experts within UHNW Solutions Group professionals and UBS Financial Advisors to deliver insights, advice and execution on wealth transition, intentional communication and philanthropic impact. We bring vast experience and expertise in supporting wealth creators, inheritors, and multigenerational families to build enduring legacies and maximize their impact locally, nationally, and globally.

Your expertise

­• ideally 10+ years of related professional experience
­ BS, BA or higher (MBA or JD preferred but not required)
­ Series 7 and 66 certifications (or the ability to obtain within three months)
­• experience in the financial services industry or global organizations a plus
­• experience with ultra-high net worth individuals and/or families a plus
­• excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to work directly with Financial Advisors, clients, prospects and their other trusted advisors
­• the ability to multi-task, problem solve, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, and have an acute attention to detail
­• advanced training or certificates in family dynamics and philanthropic advising
­• ability to develop and deliver family dynamics communication exercises and tools, facilitate family meetings, and strong presentation skills
­• skills to engage wealth holders and inheritors in developing and refining their philanthropic aspirations and legacy plans.

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $170000 to $245000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
