Job Title: Sales Manager
Seasonal Employment


Job Summary
The Seasonal Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising sales and service teams,
including box office cashiers, ticket scanners, bartenders, concessions, retail associates, and group sales staff. This role
plays a key part in the guest experience, ensuring smooth operations, accurate cash handling, and consistent service
standards across all guest touchpoints.


The ideal candidate is a proven manager with strong leadership, communication, and operations experience—capable of
motivating a large seasonal workforce while maintaining focus on sales goals, customer satisfaction, and compliance with
company policies.


Requirements
● Oversee daily operations of all sales and guest service functions, including:
○ Box office sales and will-call operations
○ Ticket scanning and guest entry flow
○ Bar and concessions staff
○ Retail and merchandise sales
○ Group sales and VIP fulfillment
● Supervise, train, and schedule seasonal team leads and frontline staff.
● Ensure all staff deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
● Manage cash handling, financial accuracy, and reconciliation across sales points.
● Monitor sales performance and assist in meeting revenue goals through upselling, guest engagement, and
operational efficiency.
● Collaborate with Event and Operations Managers to ensure smooth nightly event execution.
● Enforce compliance with alcohol service regulations, health/safety standards, and company policies.
● Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training seasonal guest services staff.
● Serve as primary contact for guest service escalations, resolving issues quickly and professionally.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications
■ 3+ years in sales, guest services, or hospitality management (theme park, attractions, live events, or
entertainment setting preferred).
■ Previous experience supervising staff across multiple guest-facing departments.
■ Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage a seasonal workforce.
■ Excellent cash-handling and reconciliation skills; prior POS/ticketing system experience strongly preferred.
■ Exceptional organizational and communication skills; calm under pressure.
■ Availability to work evenings, weekends, and all scheduled event dates throughout the season.
■ Must be 21+ years old to oversee alcohol service functions.
