In addition to having a successful track record within a Supply Chain planning practice of an established management consulting firm, the ideal candidate will possess:

Broad understanding of the current industry dynamics and trends within Spare Parts, specifically and Supply Chain more broadly
Experience within the following capability areas:

After Market Strategy
Supply Chain Planning and Operating Model
Spare Parts and After Market Planning Management
Process Improvement
Package Selection

Broader experience in other Supply Chain disciplines such as: Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Manufacturing, Analytics
Strong executive presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching individuals to high performance

Required Skills: - Behavioral Skills: - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences - Ability to work with both the business users and IT project team members - Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities - Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. The base salary range for the tagged location is $125,000 - $175,000 This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
