Citi has a strong presence in Ireland since 1965 and is the Citibank Europe Plc Headquarters.</p><p></p><p><b>Team/Role Overview</b></p><p></p><p>As an Enterprise &amp; Governance Risk AVP within the Citibank Europe Plc (CEP) Enterprise &amp; Governance Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in providing a holistic view of the risk management function. This includes the development and implementation of risk identification, risk frameworks, and policies reviews; risk appetite setting &amp; oversight of adherence; risk data quality &amp; governance oversight; independent risk management formal assurance; and reviewing &amp; overseeing risk-related regulations.</p><p></p><p>You will collaborate with other Risk teams – Credit Risk, Market &amp; Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, and Risk Analytics – all reporting into the CEP Chief Risk Officer.</p><p></p><p>The Enterprise &amp; Governance Risk AVP will be responsible for CEP Independent Risk Management (IRM) reporting to management and board-level committees, IRM controls governance, including leading transformation efforts for the team, as well as oversight of  IRM Issues &amp; remediation efforts.</p><p></p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for coordinating and delivering timely and insightful risk reporting to Board and Management Committees, including maintenance of the risk calendar, reports, and detailed schedules.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the development and enhancement of risk reporting and associated processes.</p></li><li><p>Own proactive management of the team's control environment, driving transformation activities.</p></li><li><p>Provide oversight of the CEP IRM Issues &amp; Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), facilitating proactive management by the Senior Management Team.</p></li><li><p>Support enterprise &amp; governance risk activities, including risk policies, risk identification, risk appetite, risk disclosures, risk data quality, and risk assurance activities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Development Value</b></p><p></p><p>This role offers significant development value through cross-functional exposure to all businesses and risk stripes, providing an unparalleled opportunity for career advancement within Citi.
