Key Responsibilities
Analyst Relations and Partner Development
- Collaborate with the Analyst Relations team to drive research methodologies, data collection, and positioning strategies that enhance Oracle’s rankings and influence with firms including Gartner and Forrester.
- Build relationships with key influencers, including thought leaders and analysts, to amplify Oracle’s market presence.
- Foster relationships with ecosystem partners, system integrators, and resellers to expand Oracle’s reach and enhance product adoption.
Product Strategy and Positioning
- Lead product positioning for Oracle’s generative AI services including product collateral, field enablement material and product naming
- Collaborate with product management and finance teams to align product pricing and packaging strategies with business objectives that maximize market competitiveness and revenue growth
- Collaborate with product management to align product roadmaps with market needs and business objectives.
- Lead the core messaging development for Oracle’s generative AI services that ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints while tailoring messaging for target industries and personas
- Develop core content frameworks that scale marketing and product marketing teams in creating and executing high-quality assets and campaigns. This includes providing reusable templates, messaging guidelines, and narrative recommendations for materials such as case studies, pitch decks, product demos, and other public-facing collateral.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead the strategy for product launches across Oracle’s generative AI portfolio while collaborating across departments to drive launch success.
- Act as the central orchestrator for cross-functional collaboration during launches fostering alignment between sales, engineering, marketing, and external partners through clear communication and shared goals.
- Develop comprehensive launch frameworks that include storytelling, key messaging guidelines, and distribution strategies across diverse channels.
- Provide reusable templates and structural recommendations for enablement materials (e.g., sales briefs, competitive guides, objection handling playbooks) that equip teams to communicate product value propositions effectively.
- Partner with field enablement teams to ensure sales teams are equipped with tools and resources tailored to customer needs and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in product strategy, marketing leadership, or go-to-market roles at the director level or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, marketing) in a matrixed organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling product narratives.
- Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with analyst relations teams on industry studies (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants).

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
