Our team is dedicated to creating an exceptional environment that fosters the growth of exceptional people. </p><p></p><p>🙋 The Talent Acquisition Team comprises four dedicated members, including three recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Manager. They collaboratively manage recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles spanning across Europe and the United States.</p><p>🚀 We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to assist us in scaling the engineering and product teams in Europe but not only.</p><p></p><h2>What you will do</h2><ul><li><p>As a Technical Recruiter at Gorgias, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing top technical talent to join our growing team.</p></li><li><p>You will be a valuable partner to hiring managers, leveraging your expertise to provide guidance and support throughout the recruiting process. You will work closely with them to gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of each team, enabling their vision through a balanced focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.</p></li><li><p>You will coach hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and provide guidance on processes to follow.</p></li><li><p>You will provide an excellent candidate experience and elevate our employer brand through thoughtfully crafted messaging and positioning.</p></li><li><p>You'll have complete ownership of recruiting, with the autonomy to create, upgrade or obliterate current hiring processes and work on related projects as needed.</p></li><li><p>You will proactively put together dashboards and reports for leadership and hiring managers to measure and manage progress and will propose hiring strategies to achieve the hiring goals.</p></li><li><p>You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand our business, our culture, and the candidate profiles that are the best fit for our company.</p></li><li><p>Overall, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our growing team and to help us scale effectively and efficiently.
