Description

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of hematopathology. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. American Board of Pathology, AP-only, AP/CP or CP-only and Hematopathology.

Teaching responsibilities may include medical students, residents, and fellows.

Clinical responsibilities may include participating in hematopathology service including bone marrow analysis, tissue analysis for hematopoietic neoplasms, flow cytometry analysis and hematology with expected night and weekend call.
