HR Advisor

As HR Advisor in the People team, you will be responsible for driving people initiatives and being a trusted advisor to the business and right hand to our Chief People Officer. Some of your key tasks as HR Advisor

• Be a trusted advisor and train and develop the leadership team on people management topics and processes.

• Lead projects and change processes based on people management indicators and insights collected from the business.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders on a strategic and tactical level.

• Developing initiatives to strengthen the company's culture.

• Participating in the development or improvement of people management processes.

• Further expanding the HR analytics needed to drive performance and engagement and to increase retention.

Requirements

What you will bring to the People Team

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR advisory role, having dealt with topics such as employee engagement, change management, organizational development and performance development.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-energy, fast paced and rapidly changing environment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to coach and train leaders on people management topics and processes.

• Proficiency in Dutch (must-have!).

• Solid understanding and practical experience with Dutch labour law and HR compliance requirements.

• Proven success in driving creativity and strong in execution - you’re very hands-on

• Ability to build trust and credibility with key business partners and all levels of employees across the company.

• You're a self-starter and have sufficient experience in analyzing business needs and improving HR processes from a business perspective.
