HR Generalist

We’re currently looking for a passionate, forward-thinking HR Generalist to join our HR team in Stockholm. If you're excited about people, tech, and purpose - and want to play a key role in a fast-growing, global SaaS company - this is your moment.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the globe, from Sweden to Colombia, Canada to France, and help shape the future of HR in a company where people truly come first.

What You'll Do 🤩

💻 Systems & Processes

• Be the go-to person for our HR systems (Aboard, Deel, Winningtemp, Notion, Oneflow).

• Ensure smooth usage across the team, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvements.

📚 Knowledge Management

• Own and update our HR resources so they’re clear, accurate, and easy to use.
• Keep information well-structured and accessible to everyone.

👋 Employee Lifecycle

• Run onboarding programs that set new hires up for success.
• Support managers during probation reviews and follow up on feedback.
• Handle offboarding and exit interviews, turning insights into action.

🌍 Mobility & Compliance

• Manage visas and work permits, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience.
• Support compliance checks and partner with payroll on process improvements.

💡 Engagement & Wellbeing

Coordinate wellness and sports initiatives (like SATS memberships in Stockholm).

Explore ways to expand wellbeing programs globally.

🚀 Special Projects

• Contribute to projects like DEI initiatives, policy development, and process optimization.
• Collaborate closely with managers, HRBPs, and leadership to drive HR initiatives forward.

Who You Are 🌟

• Experienced in HR, People Ops, or a similar role.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and improving processes.
• Able to balance day-to-day operations with longer-term projects.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English.
• French is a plus!
