Job Description

You will oversee the payroll execution and governance for one legal entity. You will act as consultant to HR team, Legal, Employee Relations, for benefit design and Support Service Lines on executions and labor unions.

All our HR roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading on the ground payroll & Human resources administration governance processes

  • Ensuring accuracy of payroll delivery & resolution of issues as they arise.

  • Managing & maintaining employee records, salary books.

  • Contributing to retirals and termination processes.

  • Taxes, Social Insurance, pension employee consultation.

  • Local market coordination on day to day notices.

  • Issues coordination with employees, if needed.

  • Provide support on reporting, audit Management, vendor quotations.

The person is expected to consistently exhibit strong operational discipline and proactiveness in delivering transactional processing requirements, interface and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, handle data with utmost confidentiality and nurture a positive work environment characterized by trust, inclusiveness, teamwork and excellence.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for people who:

•    Have strong knowledge of salary concepts & calculations, labor laws, audit managements and digital upskilling mindset.

•    Are able to identify issues, find root causes and provide solutions oriented to automation/simplification with use of digital tools.

•    Intermediate English level and Excel skills are needed.

•    Knowledge of analysis tools and Project management is desired.

•    SAP basic level knowledge is desired.

•    Have no more than 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Pensions & Retiree Management or shared services.

•    Knowledge of Power BI, Knime, Microsoft Power automate and Microsoft Flow is a plus.
