Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Boulder or Amsterdam based Digital Marketing Manager to join the team! Stream is one of the top startups in The Netherlands and Colorado. We power activity feeds, chat and video for over a billion end users and thousands of apps. Companies using Stream include Soundcloud, IBM, Adobe, Hopin, Blablacar and Vestiarre Collective. The odds are quite high that some of the apps on your phone use our tech.

The ideal candidate for this role has several years of experience with Google Ads, wants to learn about more aspects of marketing and quickly grow their career by joining a successful startup.

What You Will Do

In this role you’ll define our Google Ads and other paid advertising strategies. The primary focus is Google ads, but we also run ABM on Linkedin and Twitter. Reddit, retargetting as well as other more niche marketing campaigns. You’ll aim to achieve sustainable business growth and increase conversions through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision. You’ll monitor, analyze, and adjust our paid campaigns to optimize results.

Responsibilities:

• Handle paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads and others)
• Create strategies for ABM (Account based marketing)
• Able to easily recognize and endorse projects that can lead to the goals and progress of the company campaigns for different stages of the funnel.
• Take action to correct any problems with campaigns/budget
• Manage and optimize the paid budget
• Manage PPC profiles on Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Reddit, and other search sites
• Assist in the management and tracking of keyword bids, expenditure caps, and other primary account metrics.
• Manage and retain keyword list updates.
• Ad copywriting
• Provide suggestions and incorporate techniques for keyword resources, marketing structuring, targeting, network display, and other aspects of pay-per-click searching in conjunction with company objectives
• Support the development of new paid search ads, ad groups, and accounts and support the formation of new paid search marketing initiatives
• Track and compare search results and search success through primary search channels.

Who You Are

• 3 or more years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Having worked in a marketing agency is preferred.
• Optional experience with other aspects of marketing. (Hubspot, google analytics, influencer marketing, content marketing etc.)

Salary (for Colorado only): Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate's skills, level of experience, and location (which can be in the US or a remote location that aligns with a US time zone).
