The Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that support the total wellbeing of employees. This role will help foster a culture of wellbeing and inclusion, and engagement by aligning wellbeing programming with organization values (e.g. DEI), employee needs, and organizational goals. The ideal candidate is creative, empathetic, highly organized, and passionate about employee wellbeing. This position will ultimately, support wellbeing and engagement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, performance, and retention across the organization.

Position Specific Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Assist with developing and managing the wellbeing program, including initiatives related to total wellbeing and engagement (such as physical health, mental and emotional, nutritional, social and relational, purpose and career, and financial wellbeing).
- Assist with planning and coordinating onsite and virtual wellbeing events (e.g., workshops, classes, events, and programming).
- Serve as a liaison between employees and their wellbeing rewards
- Assist with promoting and marketing wellbeing offerings, materials and resources through internal communications, newsletters, and digital platforms.
- Assist with creating, editing, publishing, and updating web pages
- Record program effectiveness using feedback surveys, participation data, and wellbeing KPIs.
- Assist with developing inclusive and accessible wellbeing programs that meet the diverse needs of employees.
- Maintain records of ergonomic evaluations, follow-up communications, and equipment recommendations.
- Provide administrative support for ergonomic equipment ordering and tracking.
- Assist with coordinating ergonomic training sessions and educational materials (e.g., proper posture, stretching).
- Assist with ergonomic inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Monitor and follow up on action items from ergonomic assessments to ensure recommendations are implemented.
- Perform other related duties.

Requisite Qualifications
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.
- Two years of experience in corporate wellness, health education, or employee engagement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and wellbeing platform tools (e.g., Virgin Pulse, Limeade, Headspace, Wellhub, Classpass).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
