This role can be based in our New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, or Mountain View Office.

We’re looking for a Learning Project Manager to be the operational nerve center for instructional design and development. You will build the systems, processes, and rhythms that keep our learning programs on track—from intake to launch—and partner across vendor instructional design teams and internal subject matter experts to ship high‑quality content on time. You’ll stand up the operating model from the ground up (intake, planning, execution, QA, release, maintenance), set benchmarks like time‑to‑delivery, and drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the content lifecycle.

You’ll build the operating backbone that powers how we deliver learning—bringing clarity, speed, and quality to every release. Your systems and processes will accelerate the team’s impact and help marketers worldwide earn credentials that advance their careers.

  • Own the release calendar for learning programs and assets; coordinate dependencies and handoffs across teams and channels.
  • Create and maintain a single source of truth for roadmaps, status, RACI/DACI, risks, decisions, and milestones.
  • Coordinate vendor instructional design teams: define SOWs/SLAs, manage checkpoints, track deliverables, and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
  • Partner with internal SMEs and Curriculum Managers to clarify objectives, gather inputs, schedule reviews, and unblock work.
  • Design and iterate intake forms, briefs, templates, and standard work for project plans and status reporting.
  • Implement pragmatic workflows and automations using Jira and Airtable; support adoption of complementary tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
  • Establish operational benchmarks (cycle time by asset type, on‑time launch %, revision/defect rate, throughput) and publish regular readouts.
  • Drive quality and readiness: ensure assets meet accessibility, brand, and technical standards; orchestrate QA, pilots, and sign‑off.
  • Run weekly operating reviews across Curriculum, Live Training, Platform/LMS, PMM, and regional partners; surface risks with clear options and trade‑offs.

  • 1+ years of expereince Recognized Project Management Industry Credential, e.g., PMI
  • Familiarity with LMS/LRS workflows and connecting projects to analytics dashboards.
  • Background in instructional design or content production processes and QA practices.
  • Track record improving cycle time, on‑time delivery, and quality through process/tooling changes.
