The Work You Will Do:

  • This is an Administrative Assistant I position working within the Division of Water Resource Management (DWRM)
  • This position is necessary to provide customer service to the State of Florida as well as the employees within the Division of Water Resource Management.
  • This position will work within DWRM, providing assistance to Compliance & Enforcement, and the Stormwater & Technical Services Programs
  • The primary responsibilities of this position will be, completing travel documentation, purchasing, meeting coordination, reviewing documentation, clerking, answering phones, performing other administrative duties as required

This position’s expertise in administrative functions and systems will allow them to review and route work for the Division through the necessary channels making sure to follow the Departments policies and procedures.
