Ideal for students who have begun gaining relevant experience and are building their skills through internships, part-time jobs, or significant projects. Typically aimed at sophomores or juniors who have completed a combination of introductory and advanced coursework.

Job Summary

Provides coaching, encouragement, practical advice, and objective feedback to clients on the application of concepts, skills, or strategies associated with the practice of an academic or professional discipline.

Primary Responsibilities

• Explain the behavioral expectations of practitioners within a discipline or profession to clients.
• Observe client mastery/practice of the skills, attitudes, and knowledge within a discipline or profession.
• Offer suggestions or advice about improving client performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
