Plant Maintenance Mechanic - $1000 Hiring Bonus

Description

 We are looking for a skilled self-motivated Plant Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! Employment with our family owned company offers pay increases, health benefits, and 401k match! 

Plant Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for the following:

• Perform maintenance/repair for all plant equipment (including conveyors).
• Complete routine maintenance as scheduled for all equipment.
• Must diagnose and complete minor/major repair work.
• Complete routine electric work such as: replacing lights, fixtures, and outlets.
• Will need to cut, torch, weld as necessary.
• May be required to operate/move heavy equipment.
• Required to fabricate parts from blueprints and/or hand measurements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of plant maintenance experience required.
• Valid Driver's License with no restrictions. 
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
• Willing to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with conveyor belt maintenance.
• Experience with electrical maintenance.
• Experience with heavy equipment / mechanical knowledge.
• Experience with power operated tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and forklifts.
• Comfortable with repetitive fine motor control to operate tools.
