Job Summary: The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in managing Qorvo’s global asset management systems and inventory. This position ensures accurate alignment between Qorvo’s global Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system and SAP Fixed Assets modules, facilitates surplus management, and overseas equipment sales, donation, and reporting programs related to capital equipment. Additionally, the Senior Analyst collaborates across all departments to support equipment transfers, sales, donations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Global EAM System Management

- Ensure alignment and data integrity between SAP Fixed Assets modules and the EAM system.
Inventory Management

- Create and manage a comprehensive inventory tracker for all stored assets across three warehouses, tracking over 100 assets for future projects.
- Communicate quarterly with Plant Equipment Directors to provide updates on equipment reserved for future needs, ensuring alignment and readiness for upcoming projects.
Surplus Asset Management

- Act as the owner and administrator of the Surplus Asset Management System, responsible for accuracy of data collection, tracking, and workflow management of surplus assets.
Equipment Sales Program Administration

- Provide administrative support, including tracking, financial valuation analysis, contract management, and financial reporting for the equipment sales program.
University Donation Program Coordination

- Manage the University Donation Program, handling correspondence, contracts, financial analysis, and equipment tracking to facilitate donations.
Disposition/Disposal Recommendations

- Generate reports to recommend disposition or disposal of unwanted equipment, targeting cost reductions for warehouse storage.
Quarterly Equipment Review for Sale

- Coordinate quarterly reviews of sale equipment with external asset management partners, adjusting prices, fair market values, and tool dispositions as needed. Update equipment status in SAP accordingly.
Sourcing Metrics Reporting

- Update monthly sourcing metrics to reflect capital avoidance and resale activities, supporting financial performance tracking.
Contract Management

- Review and submit sales and donation contracts to Qorvo's CMS system and DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Export Compliance

- Work with the Export Compliance team to verify that international equipment sales align with all relevant regulations.
Global Logistics Collaboration

- Collaborate with the Global Logistics team to ensure seamless shipping of equipment, managing logistics as needed.
SAP “Held for Sale” (HFS) Account Monitoring

- Regularly monitor SAP HFS accounts to ensure accurate syncing of external activities with internal tracking.
Monthly Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly reports for the Accounting Fixed Assets department, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all equipment activities in SAP.
