Job Description

ISN is looking for a Senior Consultant/Field Review Team Leader to help oversee the performance of Compliance Reviews and Specialized Reviews, which includes AdHoc Analysis, Forensic Analysis and Default Analysis of issuers participating (or applying for participation) in the Ginnie Mae MBS program that is vital to the integrity of the programs. The purpose of conducting the Compliance Reviews is to determine if issuers are in compliance with Ginnie Mae’s program requirements. 

Qualifications

• Must have a demonstrated knowledge of Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, and RD mortgages and securities programs, and have performed work in the areas of audit and/or compliance as it relates to the mortgage industry and securities programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience auditing loans post-closing and prior to selling to an investor or someone that has experience auditing purchased in the secondary market.

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience completing tasks associated with a compliance review or audit, and acting in a lead or supervisory role in directing a compliance review or audit team.
