Senior Financial Controller - Finance Operations

<p>Purpose of the job is being responsible for Quality and Regulatory, Building and Infrastructure and ESG Controlling activities; drive process improvements and establish automated reporting in Finance Operations area; management and development responsibility for 1 team member located at Warsaw.</p> <p> </p> <p><br/> Your tasks:</p> <p> </p> <p>Building and Infrastructure (B&amp;I) Controlling: </p> <ul> <li>Analysis on primary cost elements</li> <li>Manage new requirements for the business, to standardize processes and enhance cost transparency</li> <li>Approve purchase requisitions and incoming vendor invoices. </li> <li>Approve CAPEX requests and create fixed assets in SAP. Support projects concerning Sonova’s facilities</li> <li>Leading the process for Budget and Estimates for the area</li> <li>Continuous improvements in cost controlling processes</li> <li>Manage the month end closing for an accurate financial reporting, with a timely reporting of the overall results</li> <li>Ensure timely completion of Internal Control System</li> <li>Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs (QRA) Controlling: Cost Controlling on local QRA Cost Center:</li> <li>Leading the process for Budget and Estimates for the area</li> <li>Manage reporting on the total global costs and FTEs for Regulatory &amp; Quality Management</li> </ul> <p>Communication: </p> <ul> <li>Regular reporting to the Operations Controlling, the Senior Director Facility Management and the VP Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs</li> <li>Interdepartmental communication on any financial topics to all  stakeholders, Cost Center Managers, Business Unit Controllers, Corporate Controlling and local Controllers</li> <li>Regular communication loops with direct report and provide coaching and development paths</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><br/> Your profile:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>University degree in business administration, finance, or controlling</li> <li>Around 7- 8 years in controlling role in a global company</li> <li>Few years in production controlling, commercial controlling or similar industry is a plus.</li> <li>Experience working for an international / multinational / global manufacturing company</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of Excel; affinity with BI tools </li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with various stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a multicultural environment</li> <li>Excellent command of spoken and written English </li> </ul> <p>Nice to have:</p> <ul> <li>Team Management experience </li> <li>Few years SAP experience (FI/CO)</li> </ul> <p><br/>  </p> <p> </p> <p>Our offer:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>An open corporate culture, supportive atmosphere  </li> <li>Permanent employment and stable working conditions on 4/5 time basis</li> <li>High innovation pace and interesting med-tech products  </li> <li>Cafeteria benefit system covering private medical care etc.  </li> <li>Support in further training and development opportunities  </li> <li>Modern office with comfortable working environment </li> <li>Onboarding program provided with close cooperation with your LM and the team  </li> <li>Support in further training and development opportunities </li> </ul>
