Job Description

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and leading orientation
  • Assist with recruiting efforts on co-op positions and participate in career fairs
  • Assist with HR projects in the areas of HR analytics, employee development, employee retention and training programs and other areas as needed
  • Partner with HR team to update internal information and HR communications page
  • Responsibilities include, create and post slides on Bosch’s TV Communication system, Support HRL Associates, Weekly Plantwide Newsletter, etc.
  • Serve as “Lead Co-op” for a group of 25+ Co-ops. Serve as the HR Liaison for all Co-ops while ensuring all data from past and Current Co-ops is up to date

Qualifications

  • Indefinite U.S. Work authorized individuals only.  Sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
  • Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited Business program
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA recommended
  • Able to work back to back terms (Spring 2025 & Summer 2025)
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Consistently demonstrates professionalism while having a positive and solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain confidentiality of department and associate information according to established practice
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Large student network on-site with approximately 25-30 college students.

Salary: $22.50+
Housing Stipend of $3000 per rotation for Co-ops who attend school more than 50 miles away from Bosch Anderson.
