Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.
The Impact you will have in this role:
Enterprise Data Solutions is the central team for building and scaling enterprise ready data capabilities. We own the strategy, delivery, and adoption of shared data capabilities and provide the integration, governance, and operational foundations required for regulated, mission critical analytics at scale. Working across lines of business and corporate functions, the group advances common platforms for reporting & analytics, and drives consistent data standards so stakeholders can discover, trust, and use data with confidence. As Director in the Enterprise Data Solutions organization, you will scale the company's Snowflake based Data Cloud and the capabilities that power secure, governed analytics. You'll set vision and a long-term roadmap, lead cross functional delivery, and establish reusable patterns for ingestion, metadata, quality, and access—converting platform investments into measurable business outcomes. You will mature the operating model, align demand to features and releases, and report transparently on adoption, value, and reliability, all while meeting regulatory and resiliency expectations. The ideal candidate pairs executive presence with product/program leadership and deep data platform acumen and has a proven ability to influence across organizations and deliver at scale in complex, regulated environments.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and vision for the Snowflake data platform.
- Orchestrate cross functional delivery across Snowflake engineering, data architecture, security/risk, and business teams.
- Drive AI/ML solution leveraging Cortex LLM.
- Create cost transparency, create cost management processes and execute on cost optimization.
- Maintain a long-term roadmap; run prioritization, and outcome tracking.
- Lead the end to end product/feature lifecycle.
- Translate customer, business, and regulatory needs into clear requirements and release plans.
- Evolve and drive innovation for the Snowflake platform capabilities.
- Ensure reliability and resiliency.
- Manage analytics tools for data consumption.
- Manage capabilities for data protection and privacy.
- Provide transparent executive reporting on roadmap, adoption, reliability, risk, and cost; optimize spend.
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

- Proven leadership of large-scale Snowflake data platform.
- Experience with the Snowflake platform.
- Experience with resiliency, and disaster recovery for the Snowflake platform.
- Product mindset: prioritize roadmaps by business value and outcomes.
- Program/portfolio management skills: OKRs, value realization, and reporting.
- Executive communication and cross-functional influence across business and tech.
- Cloud cost management and performance tuning for data workloads.
