We support the entire ASSA ABLOY Group with UX expertise, maintain our unified design system, and support two core digital products used across all divisions worldwide. Our work spans strategy, research, interaction design and experience governance. We operate as a small, collaborative team with a welcoming and open approach partnering closely with brands and product teams and the 70+ UX community to raise UX maturity and drive consistent, high-quality digital experiences at scale.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>What you would do as our Senior UX Designer</strong></span><br/><span>As our Senior UX Designer, you will drive research, ideation, and interaction design across key initiatives. You’ll take ownership of the full UX process—framing problems, uncovering insights, and translating them into clear, validated solutions.
