Syngenta Group is also Committed to maintaining a workplace environment free from discrimination and harassment.</p><p>To learn more visit: <a href="http://www.syngenta.com/">www.syngenta.com</a> and <a href="http://www.goodgrowthplan.com/">www.goodgrowthplan.com</a></p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Purpose:</strong></p><p>The job holder actively participates and contributes to small and medium-sized projects, alongside which he/she will be providing key support and structure to several different global HR processes.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p><p>High-Level Overview</p><ul><li>Responsible for assessing opportunities to improve our annual cycle supporting operational processes and leading on the improvement activities through to implementation.</li><li>Responsible for building strong partnerships with C&amp;B and POD CoEs across multiple Business Units to identify end-user and CoE improvements and facilitate the delivery of these, either within regions or with Workday technical colleagues</li><li>Responsible for global Annual Compensation Cycle activities:<ul><li>Maintenance of « Offline Tool » and « Offline Compensation Statement Tool » which enables the production of statements each year and is a critical asset for HR Operations Management Team</li><li>Responsible for the production of offline calculations and statements ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy.</li><li>Responsible for the delivery mechanism of offline statements, ensuring data protection is maintained.</li><li>TCA<ul><li>Responsible for the nomination process of Talent Cash Award (TCA) employees</li><li>Responsible for the calculation of Talent Cash Award (TCA) amounts of nominated employees</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>PSP<ul><li>Responsible for the consolidation, assignment, and load of country-specific Profit-Sharing Plans (PSP) to all 28k+ employees at Syngenta AG</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>Supports Global Annual Cycle C&amp;B Lead prepares material to support senior executive meetings on compensation.</li><li>Chair the regional coordinator calls on a weekly basis, during the Annual Comp cycle (Q1) to ensure regional alignment.</li><li>Co-chairs the global drumbeat calls to ensure cycle execution is completed to plan</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>LTI<ul><li>Responsible for monitoring the global LTI mailbox and for ensuring that all functional and end-user queries are resolved, reaching out to experts as required.</li><li>Supports LTI activities that occur monthly and as part of the Annual Compensation Cycle i.e. new LTI recipients, leavers validation, payouts etc.</li></ul></li><li>Training and education of HR Community  <ul><li>Set-up of dedicated webinars to support the recurring training of the global HR community &amp; global HR Operations community.</li><li>Responsible for supporting the delivery of the calls, including preparing material and creating/adjusting videos using Vyond</li></ul></li><li>Monthly headcount reporting for service vendor.</li><li>Global Service Announcements<ul><li>Issues global announcements, and notifications to the targeted audience</li></ul></li><li>HR Professional pages, SharePoint Online &amp; ServiceNow updates<ul><li>Supports review and update of named pages to ensure correct information on both platforms is available.</li></ul></li><li>Representing HR Operations Delivery Team in global projects with the accountability to set-up a Service &amp; Support Model, Knowledge Articles, train HR Operations &amp; Delivery Centers etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, experience &amp; capabilities</strong></p><p><strong>Critical experience:</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of work experience, at least 3 years in HR</li><li>Sound experience with Workday HR modules for the respective processes</li><li>Sound knowledge in Excel</li><li>English language skills</li><li>Experience in working in an international environment.</li><li>Compensation</li><li>Lean Six Sigma (beneficial)</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Education required: </strong></p><ul><li>English is a must.</li><li>Deep and profound HR knowledge within area of responsibility in all processes in scope</li><li>Leadership Capabilities:</li><li>Syngenta Leadership commit
