Business Analyst | Onsite

Key Responsibilities 

Work with business stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and prioritize requirements. 

Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. 

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to validate wireframes and prototypes against business needs. 

Work with architects and technical leads to ensure feasibility and alignment with the target architecture. 

Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure the backlog is well-groomed and ready for sprints. 

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 

Maintain traceability of requirements through design, development, testing, and release. 

Support QA by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria during test case development. 

Validate delivered features against requirements in UAT. 

Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and share progress. 

Required Skills & Experience 

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software delivery. 

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. 

Strong understanding of workflow-driven business applications. 

Excellent documentation skills (user stories, process flows, functional specs). 

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools. 

Ability to work in a multi-vendor delivery model. 
 

Nice to Have 

Knowledge of AWS-based applications. 

Experience with financial services or regulated industries. 

Understanding of data integration and API-driven applications. 

Experience with BI/reporting tools for analytics-driven projects. 

 

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
