Flex Security Officer Unarmed - Patrol/Flex Operations

Role: Flex Security Officer
Location: Denver Metro (Denver, Westminster, Commerce City, Aurora, Centennial, Littleton, Lakewood, Arvada, Sheridan, etc.)
Shift: 8–12 Hours, All shifts
Schedule: Monday thru Sunday (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Pay: $22.00 an hour
Requirements:21+ YEARSDenver Merchant Guard Card LicenseDriver's License (NO PERMITS, had license for 3+ years)Clean MVR (3 years no accidents)Reliable transportation

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional Security experience
• 5 + years of experience in Security, Law Enforcement, or Military (preferred)
• Prior experience in flex security operations (preferred)
• Unarmed positions - no firearm license required
• Excellent communication, situational awareness, and reliability
• Must pass a background check and Citadel Security USA onboarding
• Professional appearance (tan pants, black boots, Citadel uniform shirt provided)
• Must be able and or willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
