Client Services Analyst (Hybrid - flexible options)

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Client Services Analyst to work on contract basis. Under minimal supervision, you will work closely with clients and TPA partners to collect all legal documentation required to transition plans on and off platform. Communicate with TPA Partners, Plan Sponsors and Investment Advisors. Report to Manager, Relationship Management.
Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site with occasional travel to our Phoenix, Arizona office. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main contact for assigned TPA partners to transition their plans on and off our system.
2. Collect and Review all Legal documentation required to bring plans on and off system. Make sure everything is in good order.
3. Monitor initial plan funding to ensure all assets have transferred. Address issues as they arise and escalate if necessary.
4. Partner with other departments and employees as necessary to research, track and resolve day to day account issues keeping appropriate managers apprised of status and escalate as needed. When required, determine approach for resolution of high priority issues and follow up until resolved.
5. Coordinate with the Client Service Team, Plan Sponsors and TPA’s for the administration of new client conversions. Participate in related implementation PIC calls for any required.
6. Perform additional team duties, responsibilities and project related initiatives as needed or assigned.

7. Cross train other team members that provide support and back up on the accounts. Share information with team and management.
8. Develop procedures as needed.
9. Partner with Sales to look for cross-selling and growth opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent training and/or work experience preferred
- Direct customer relationship experience in financial or retirement industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Powerpoint
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; customer focused and engaging; detail oriented and high degree of accuracy; able to meet tight deadlines; flexible
- Fundamental understanding of retirement plans, benefit payments and distribution processing.
