About the role

Reckitt is searching for an SAP Business Process Owner like you; an innovative thinker armed with SAP expertise, ready to redefine efficiency in finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM. Your responsibilities

• Facilitate Workshops: Conduct fit & change workshops to identify site variances and align them with the global template operating model.
• Ensure Compliance: Embed financial, operational, and regulatory controls within all processes.
• Document Processes: Maintain Key Design Principles and compile template process documentation.
• Manage Change Requests: Review, challenge, and process change requests, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Lead Governance Meetings: Conduct process governance meetings and attend change control meetings to manage process variations.
• Support Change Management: Drive business readiness and adoption of new processes, acting as a change agent.
• Provide Expertise: Offer process expertise to project teams for production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse operations.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for ongoing process improvement and ensure alignment with the global operating model.

The experience we're looking for

 

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Ideally, experience of working in a Manufacturing function with experience of production in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope. (10+ years Manufacturing hands-on experience). Similar FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience in a Business Process Owner role an advantage, but not essential.
• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End to End Manufacturing processes, Knowledge in other processes where there are touchpoint areas like with Planning, Procurement, Finance, etc an advantage.
• Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills
