Job Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to join our Advertising Technology team, where you’ll architect custom ad solutions and optimize revenue systems for a high-traffic digital platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge engineering, ad operations, and sales to build tools that maximize performance while preserving user experience across video and display ecosystems. Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom ad integrations for content management systems and video players.

• Optimize header bidding, ad delivery, and performance analytics across web properties.

• Develop internal tools and dashboards to empower ad operations and sales teams.

• Lead technical partnerships with ad vendors while ensuring privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA).

• Troubleshoot and enhance video ad tech (VAST/VPAID/SIMID) and server-side implementations.

• Pioneer innovative ad formats and performance-monitoring systems.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with JavaScript expertise (framework-agnostic proficiency).

• Mastery of Next.js/React and modern frontend architecture.

• Proven experience in media/publishing or adtech environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills for high-traffic systems.

• Google Ad Manager (GAM), header bidding, or programmatic ad experience.

• Video ad tech (IMA SDK, SSAI) or OTT/CTV implementation knowledge.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Grafana).

• Ad performance optimization, A/B testing, or privacy compliance expertise.
