Job Summary

Denver Health Medical Center is recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner or Talent Acquisition Partner (non-senior) to join our team of 10+ recruiters. This role will be focused on both provider recruitment and staff level roles across the organization.  Talent acquisition (TA) partners develop trusting relationships with their respective hiring leaders to hire the best talent. Under general supervision, the full-cycle talent acquisition partner conducts position intakes, recruits, sources, screens, interviews, and hires qualified candidates for Denver Health. They calculate, extend, and negotiate offers for new hires, transfers, and promotions in accordance with standard work. They develop recruitment plans and collaborate with hiring leaders to fulfil staffing needs creatively and equitably. The TA partner uses Workday and recruitment analytics to strategically improve team performance and the organization overall. The recruiter facilitates training, including, but not limited to, new leader orientation and inclusive hiring practices.


Essential Functions:

  • Conducts thorough intake discussions with hiring leaders, screens applications, and interviews candidates ensuring the most qualified are presented to hiring leaders. (50%)
  • Develops recruitment, sourcing, and marketing strategies utilizing cost-effective methods and techniques to meet Denver Health staffing needs. Utilizes available metrics to measure success and improve processes. (30%)
  • Forms trusting relationships and sets mutual expectations with hiring leaders. Collaborates with the business and human resources colleagues to ensure accuracy, quality, and a positive applicant experience. (10%)
  • Conducts work with self and team accountability in accordance with all relevant regulations, laws, policies, and standard work. (5%)
  • Facilitates training as needed. Examples include inclusive and equitably hiring practices, and supporting leaders with Workday questions. (5%)


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of recruitment experience Required (Senior level) or
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (non-senior level)


Work Experience:

  • 4-6 years of recruitment or human resource experience Required (Senior level) or
  • Less than 1 year of full cycle recruitment experience Required (non senior level)


Compensation for this role will be based on the selected applicant meeting the senior requirements or the non-senior requirements:

Sr. TA Partner range: $78,700 – $122,000

TA Partner range: $52,700-$73,800


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of laws, regulations and procedures in Human Resources pertaining to hiring practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, online recruiting, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with full cycle recruiting.
  • Strong customer consultative skills and negotiation skills.
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage customer relationships.
  • Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.
  • Passion for improving the customer experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires.
