Sr. Commission Analyst

Step into your future as a Sr. Commission Analyst and ensure accurate implementation of Company incentive commission plans. As a Sr. Commission Analyst, you will work directly with Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance/Accounting, ensuring commissions are paid accurately. You will be responsible for calculating monthly incentive commissions for all sales employees within assigned verticals. We are seeking applicants with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong collaboration abilities.

What you will be doing:

• Calculate monthly incentive commissions for all sales employees within assigned vertical, focusing on accuracy, completeness, and consistency as defined in the commission plans.
• Reconcile commission discrepancies and data anomalies.
• Assist with month-end close financial reporting and analysis.
• Support internal process improvement initiatives.
• Generate reports on sales and business operations statistics.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Work directly with front line Managers, Directors, and Executive level customers to resolve commission-related issues for assigned Sales channels.
• Partner with peer groups to suggest and implement improvements to the delivery of compensation to our Sales force.
