Job Summary

CONCESSIONS STAND LEAD

$20.06/hr, Union Position

Mission

Major Areas of Responsibility
Service
oCompletes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
oResponds to guest needs and requests
oAdheres to location appearance guidelines
oUnderstands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing
oEffectively uses suggestive and upselling techniques
oEnsures all products are displayed and merchandised appropriately
oEstablish rapport with guests/members
oAlways exceeds guest expectations 
oActs with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests

Controls
oMaintains service areas
oEmploys good safety and sanitation practices
oPractices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
oCommunicates guest issues to management
oFollows responsible alcohol service policies
oAccurately uses POS system
oThoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

Team
oDisplays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
oHelps fellow team members when necessary
oAlways on time and ready to perform all required duties

Job Requirements
o1-2 years of cashier or leadership experience preferred
oPossible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
oFrequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service area
oWalks and stands during entire shift
oEnglish reading, writing and math skills required
oMust be of legal age to serve alcohol
oAble to communicate effectively
