Overview

North American Insights & Intelligence (NAII) is a team that represents a transformation of Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, and Space Transformation resources to support Sales & Marketing plans for enterprise, national, and regional customers across the PepsiCo portfolio.

 

This approach allows us to build best-in-class capabilities, develop deep functional expertise, and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers. NAII will help PepsiCo provide our customers cutting edge data and insights, as well as, personalized solutions to drive incremental growth for both our customers and PepsiCo.

Responsibilities

The Space PMO Senior Analyst works closely with the Sr Manager of Space Commercialization and Director of Space Commercialization to deliver customized POG solutions across our key enterprise and strategic customers for all PBUS by focusing on the following areas:

  • High levels of organization and planning skills: capable of managing multiple major projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborates with sales and category leadership to ensure POG/space solution are meeting customer expectation while balancing workload capacities and multiple priorities.
  • Effectively work with multiple 3rd party vendors as well as our GBS partners to find solutions to inevitable challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate with PMO lead for planning and resource allocation for the POG cycle using digital planning tools (i.e. Monday.com).
  • Develop and commercialize comprehensive Ways of Working agenda that translate to Sales, GCC, and 3rd party partners.
  • Remain agile and able to respond quickly to emerging priorities. Assisting with ad-hoc business requests as necessary.
  • Partner with PBUS sector teams to ensure clarity on company AOP strategy with regards to POG cycle, as appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in Retail, Sales, and/or Category Management, with good knowledge of product merchandising or shelf management (Salty Snacks or Beverage preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills: able to tailor written and verbal messaging to drive understanding across a variety of audiences
  • Team player with the ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, and ambiguous environments
  • Strong organization skills: capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong personal motivation and ability to effectively work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple functions if necessary.
  • An aptitude and passion to learn new tools and capabilities across the NAII Space team
  • Understanding and application of space management tools i.e. JDA/Apollo
