About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to build new features and improve on our Android app that has 100+ million downloads, and a 4.8+ rating on play store. Any experience working on consumer facing applications, and providing technical leadership is very sought after for this role.

Your Background:

• 5+ years industry working experience with, at least 4 years experience with Android
• Expert knowledge of Android development, and rich experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs
• Hands on coding skills with Kotlin and/or Java
• Experience working closely with product and design

Nice to have:

• Experience with Android TV and/or Fire TV development
• Experience with test driven development and cross platform automation testing
• Experience with ExoPlayer and client video streaming technologies
• Experience with A/B testing
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Ability to drive and prioritize a broad range of product initiatives

Colorado and Washington (excluding Seattle, WA)$145,000—$178,000 USD

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

California, New York City, Westchester County, NY and Seattle, WA$170,000—$210,000 USD
