Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of the practice, the Senior Director, Strategic Consulting, leader will be responsible for setting and driving strategic direction, and ensuring profitable growth of the health network practice and the highest quality of consulting delivery, while maintaining customer reference status. Actively develops new approaches and opportunities for expanding penetration across the customer base. Creates and implements operational processes to drive consistency and support achievement of business strategy. Responsible for cultivating Oracle cross-functional communications through the creation and maintenance of strategic relationships with other lines of business which may include Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and License Sales teams.

This leader will regularly interact with executive levels both internally and externally regarding matters that influence roadmap decisions, retention and growth models, and GTM strategies. Assesses and manages business risk in pursuit of overall business, operations and financial goals and OKRs. Accountable for managing and growing substantive new and existing revenue streams. Manages and leads through a team of managers and/or senior level individual contributors. Resolves staffing issues and escalations for highly complex business and technology engagements. Identifies, leads and oversees the development of customer facing business solutions, large audience presentations and presents contracts and offerings that have an impact on the market. Will often serve as an advisor or project sponsor for complex programs or customer engagements.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent is required. Candidate will have a balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills and operational management experience. Preferred 4+ years of consulting services senior management experience with P & L responsibility and at least 10-15 years consulting or industry experience. Direct line management experience including project, people, customer, financial management preferred. Second-level Management experience preferred; proficient at managing managers and large teams. Product, technology and/or provider expertise relevant to the healthcare industry. Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level. Proficient at consultative selling, contract management and negotiation techniques. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as necessary, up to 25%.

US: Hiring Range: from $154,800 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
