We are seeking a talented individual to join the North America Pricing & Margin Office as a Regional Pricing Manager. In this key role, you will lead the strategic direction of the Pricing & Margin Office, driving growth and profitability across the region. You will be responsible for transforming pricing strategies for our Taste business, developing a robust framework and governance to support these processes, and enhancing overall profitability.

Your key responsibilities

• Overseeing the development and implementation of annual pricing strategies in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Serving as a strategic liaison with key stakeholders across costing, procurement, and supply chain functions.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within teams.
• Assisting in decision-making through comprehensive feasibility and profitability analyses, including RFP processes.
• Establishing and promoting a value-based pricing culture.
• Leading and supporting transformational initiatives beyond pricing function.

You bring

• Extensive experience in pricing and margin management within a leading role.
• Experience in B2B and specialty chemicals is a plus.
• A strong teamwork mentality with proven ability to influence teams and act as a change agent.
• A track record of successfully implementing strategies.
• Certification as a Pricing Professional (CPP) is a plus.
• A Master’s degree in relevant fields such as business, finance, or science
